PARATUSEC LLC is currently looking for Marines, Soldiers, or SOF
specialists interested in serving as full-time Tactics Subject Matter
Experts in support of CONUS based US Marine Corps Pre-Deployment
Training. Civilians with equivalent military experience should apply.
This is a potential 5 year opportunity for those who enjoy live
military training, instructing, coaching, and mentoring America's
Warriors who are preparing to deploy and serve.
Position: Tactics Subject Matter Experts to support OIF/OEF pre-
deployment training for Marine Corps military advisory transition
teams and other security cooperation teams.
Availability: June/July 2008
Work Scope:
Traditional classroom training, field training, scenario-based
training, course content reviews, and team and individual performance
assessments.
Provide training in accordance with course descriptive data and
program of instruction on tactical infantry operations in a
counterinsurgency environment, including: mounted/dismounted OPNS, FP/AT, Urban WF, and IED ID. Provide Observer/ Controller support as
required, and/or revise/develop training classes to support advisor
training requirements as they develop.
Military Experience: Retired or former NCO (E6 or above) or Company
Grade Officer with combat arms background. Recent combat zone
experience must be (2003 or sooner), and experience as an advisor to
Iraq/Afghan military and security forces is (preferred not required),
coupled with experience as a military instructor/curriculum developer.
Education: HS diploma required.
Military Education: Professional Military Education is in accordance
with rank acquired.
Clearance: Must be capable of obtaining a Secret Clearance. Active
Secret is strongly preferred.
Other: Limited CONUS Travel is required to other venues for training,
as required. Location: 29Palms
