To provide Program Management, Procurement and Training Integration to synchronize equipping facilities, training initial workforce, and operating a National Depot until transition to Iraqi control.
The contractor shall train a workforce and establish the initial operating capability for the wheeled and tracked equipment maintenance facilities at Taji National Depot.
The Contractor will develop bi-lingual training curriculum, deliver training to tradesmend and managers, procure and install industrial tools and equipment, commission maintenance and support facilities, establish a permananent Iraqi training institute and operate the maintenance facilities and shops within the Depot until the Taji National Depot is completely transition to the Iraqis.
